Kind Oasis is a small, clinician-led practice serving Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George, and nearby communities. Our therapists provide individualized outpatient care in patients' homes.
These are independent-contractor opportunities with flexible scheduling and room to shape a caseload around your clinical strengths and availability. We value clear communication, sound clinical judgment, and care that respects each person's goals.

Occupational therapist

Help people participate more fully in daily life where it happens. Your caseload may include home safety, ADL and IADL retraining, caregiver education, upper-extremity rehabilitation, and other needs that fit your experience.
What we’re looking for
- Virginia OT licensure and strong clinical judgment
- Comfort working independently in patients' homes and collaborating with families and other providers
- Thoughtful documentation and a warm, practical approach to care

Physical therapist
Outpatient care in the home · Fredericksburg area · Independent contractor
Provide one-on-one physical therapy in the setting where patients move through daily life. We welcome clinicians interested in mobility, balance, fall prevention, strength, recovery, and helping people stay engaged in their communities.
What we’re looking for
- Virginia PT licensure and strong clinical judgment
- Comfort working independently in patients' homes and collaborating with families and other providers
- Thoughtful documentation and a patient-centered approach to care
